At 11am this morning I spoke again with the health department and we are allowed to have tryouts. There are some new things in place to even have them. Coaches and athletes must be wearing a mask at all times.
I am in the process of updating the website and other social media to let everyone know tryouts are happening tonight. I also understand some parents and players may be divided about this moving forward. We will follow the guidelines placed by the local government and authorities to keep the coaches and athletes safe. We can continue to play volleyball while still limiting the transfer of COVID.
The future may not be the clearest, but we will be able to keep developing your athletes in our gym. We will be dynamic in the way we coach and approach this pandemic so we can thrive in this time of uncertainty. Being able to adapt is key to find success in all we do. We hope to see you tonight!
